Our pork fat comes from pasture-raised pigs raised on our Texas farm using regenerative practices and fed certified organic, certified non-GMO, soy-free feed.

Ideal for rendering your own lard at home, pork fat can also be used in sausage making and traditional recipes where additional pork fat is desired.
