Our rendered pork lard is made from fat from pasture-raised pigs raised on our Texas farm using regenerative practices and fed certified organic, certified non-GMO, soy-free feed.

A traditional cooking fat prized for its versatility, lard can be used for frying, roasting vegetables, sautéing, baking, biscuits, pie crusts, tortillas, and everyday cooking.

Each container contains approximately 12 oz.
