Easy Glazed Ham Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Wild Texan Farm Ham Steak
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional, for a tangy glaze)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Prep the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Cook the ham steak: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, place the ham steak in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- Add the glaze: Pour the glaze over the ham steak and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, flipping the steak once to coat both sides. The glaze will thicken and caramelize.
- Serve: Remove the ham steak from the skillet and serve hot. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or even a side salad for a complete meal.
