Our Red Wattle pigs spend their lives on pasture where they can root, graze, and express their natural behaviors. They are supplemented with certified organic, soy-free, non-GMO feed and rotated regularly across our farm as part of our regenerative farming practices.

Purchasing a half hog is one of the most economical ways to feed your family high-quality pork while knowing exactly where your food comes from.

A Half Hog includes approximately 75 pounds of pork and may include:

• Bacon (Sugar Free option for additional $50) - 12 packs
• Shoulder Roasts (Boston Butt) - 11 lbs
• Pork Chops - 7 packs ( 2 per pack)
• Sausage / Sausage Links / Ground Pork - 37 lbs
• Spare Ribs - 1 rack around 3 lbs
• Tenderloins - 1 tenderloins around 1 lb 

Once placing your deposit, we will work with you to fill out the cut sheet for the processor.
