Our pasture-raised chicken backs come from chickens raised on our Texas farm and fed certified organic, certified non-GMO, soy-free feed. The birds are air-chilled after processing.

Each package contains 2 chicken backs and averages approximately 3 lb. Chicken backs contain bones, connective tissue, and small amounts of meat, making them an excellent choice for homemade chicken stock, bone broth, soups, and sauces.

Packaged and frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
