Our pasture-raised Boston butt roast, also known as pork shoulder roast, comes from pigs raised on our Texas farm using regenerative practices and fed certified organic, certified non-GMO, soy-free feed.

Also known as pork shoulder, Boston butt is a richly marbled cut that becomes tender and flavorful with low-and-slow cooking. It's an excellent choice for pulled pork, smoking, slow roasting, or braising.

Packaged and frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
