Our Red Wattle pigs spend their lives on pasture where they can root, graze, and express their natural behaviors. They are supplemented with certified organic, soy-free, non-GMO feed and rotated regularly across our farm as part of our regenerative farming practices.
Purchasing a whole hog is one of the most economical ways to feed your family high-quality pork while knowing exactly where your food comes from.
A Whole Hog includes approximately 150 pounds of pork and may include below estimates:
• Bacon (Sugar Free option for additional $50) - 23 packs
• Shoulder Roasts (Boston Butt) - 22 lbs
• Pork Chops - 14 packs ( 2 per pack)
• Sausage / Sausage Links / Ground Pork - 75 lbs
• Spare Ribs - 2 racks around 3 lbs each
• Tenderloins - 2 tenderloins around 1 lb each
Once placing your deposit, we will work with you to fill out the cut sheet for the processor.
