Handcrafted by MADDPASTA in New Braunfels, Texas, this Orecchiette is made with freshly milled organic heritage-grain durum and water, with no eggs or added oils. Its signature “little ear” shape creates small cups that hold onto sauce, vegetables, sausage, and other ingredients in every bite.

Made using bronze dies for a coarser texture that helps sauce cling beautifully to the pasta.
